Swim in the rain

Regarding storms: If you can see it, if you can hear it… CLEAR IT! (aka- get out of the water!)

Depending on where you are swimming, heavy rain can wash deposits into the water. In that case, please avoid!

Do A swimrun
SwimRun is a sport originating in the Swedish archipelago... born out of a drunken bet! Teams of two alternate swimming and running (for this challenge it must be a minimum of 1km each throughout the whole workout) between trail and water without stopping in between. You can bring/wear whatever you want (think pull buoy, paddles, wetsuit, shoes, etc.) but you must carry it with you the entire time.
-
Note that traditional SwimRun races make a whistle & towbuoy mandatory... something we agree with!
